Privacy
Quorum is a Windows desktop coaching app for Dota 2 players. This page describes what we collect, what we never collect, and who touches your data. Plain language, no dark patterns.
What we collect
- Email address. Used to bind your license and to send your license codes when you ask us to.
- License code. The credential your desktop app uses to authenticate to our backend.
- Device hash. A one-way fingerprint of the machine that activated your pass, used for anti-sharing enforcement. It cannot be reversed into serial numbers or hardware IDs.
- Usage metering per answer. How much QI each Chat or Coach answer consumed, so we can enforce your quota and refund QI when an answer fails.
- Crash telemetry. Anonymous error reports and stack traces from the desktop app when it crashes, so we can fix bugs.
What we never collect
- Your Dota account credentials, Steam login, or session tokens.
- The content of your Chat questions or Coach prompts for sale or advertising. The AI model provider receives your question text to compute an answer, but sees no identifying account information.
- Advertising identifiers. Quorum has no ads and no third-party trackers.
Processors
- Supabase, for the pass and licensing database.
- AWS, for hosting the backend API.
- Cloudflare, for DNS and network traffic proxy for qrm.pro. Sees visitor IP addresses and request metadata in transit; does not receive account contents.
- Resend, for transactional email (license delivery, recovery).
- Stripe, for payments at launch.
- LLM provider, for the AI model that powers answers. It receives your prompt text to compute the answer; it does not receive your email, name, or license code.
Retention
Account data lives as long as your account does. To have your data deleted, email support@qrm.pro from the address on the account. We will confirm and remove your account, licenses, and metering rows within a reasonable time.
