Refunds
Every pass is a fixed term with no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel. If your pass fails within the first 24 hours because of our error, contact support@qrm.pro for a full refund.
Inside the app, any answer we fail to finish refunds its QI automatically.
Top-ups are consumed on use and are refundable only if never redeemed.
