Terms

Passes

Every Quorum pass is a one-time, fixed-term purchase. There is no auto-renewal, no subscription, and nothing to cancel. When your pass ends, you can start a new one.

QI budgets

Each pass includes a fixed QI budget. Chat and Coach answers cost QI as documented on the pricing page. Top-ups add more QI to an active Lite or Pro pass; unused top-up QI carries over onto your next pass. Top-ups never extend a pass's expiry date.

Devices

A Free pass activates on 1 device. Paid passes (Lite and Pro) activate on up to 2 of your own Windows machines, for example a gaming PC and a laptop. You can revoke a device from inside the app if you replace hardware.

Free pass rule

One free pass per person, per machine, ever. Attempts to claim additional free passes with alternate emails, disposable inboxes, or the same machine will be refused or revoked.

Anti-sharing

License codes are personal. Sharing your code, publishing it, or activating it on machines that are not yours may lead to revocation of that license without refund.

Acceptable use

  • No resale of licenses.
  • No automated scraping of the API, whether via a headless client, script, or another AI tool.
  • No attempts to circumvent the QI meter or device caps.

Not affiliated with Valve

Quorum is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Dota 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation.

Availability and the deliver-or-refund rule

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. If the app cannot finish an answer for any reason on our side, the QI for that answer is refunded automatically inside the app. See Refunds for the pass-level policy.
